Thank you for your reply. Yes we have a tool length sensor. I am not used to cutting with a wasteboard, we usually cut just on a spoilboard so I forgot about the wasteboard thickness setting in control nesting. Thanks. As soon as I get some 1/4\" MDF in we are going to give this a try.

I have seen a similar error, something along the lines of while radius compensation is on a arc to line intercept calculation has failed. I have found that if you hit OK on the error screen and press start again, nine times out of ten it will continue without a problem. Please be ready to ...
