so how do you set the unit up? Does it set on top of the spoil board and bolt through to the aluminum table beneath? Does Thermwood have the mounting holes already in the table?

I would call Thermwood tech support and have them send you what ever documents you need to setup and control.
and then contact Vectric about the post processor. they have a whole post processor heading on their forum. check there

Hi Gerry from what I have seen most of the rotary playback devices are sitting around doing nothing. All the guys i talked to that bought them with their machine, never set them up and used them. Mine is an 2007, CS 45-060, I had not noticed any difference, in way I adjust my settings after surfacing.

Used Dell Precision laptops go for anywhere from 2 to 4 hundred dollars on craigslist. I have bought 3 of them, so far and they came with good grafix cards. 2 are still in service and 1 bit the dust. but for a 175 dollars it is still good for parts for the other

I would say that most of the user on here make cabinet parts in one form or the other. Their titles would be, designer, engineer, programmer, Business owner.
Most have shot right past the cabinetmaker position.
