Aspire from Vectric has that ability. to write code for the drag knife I wish Thermwood would develop a relationship with this software company it is fantastic

Anyone know the code to slow down or control the G00 Moves mine is at 1680 IPM and it really jumps around when I am only running at 100 or 50 IPM

The changes I made to Josh's post are. I deleted the the x shift and y shift and I changed the G901 to G52L1 I see no gain in using the G901 location. I would rather locate my part near the Home location My G52L1 is X2.Y10 that way the machine is not traveling the 10' to my G901 location every time ...

Just add the waste board thickness to your set spoil dimension in your m999 macro. at the same time replace the question mark after the set Z shift with your material thickness and you will no longer have to stop and restart at the beginning of every file Once you get the hang of modifying the posts...

My problems with the PM always leads back to the basic dxf file that I am trying to get to profile If I draw these profiles my self, no problem. Brad thanks if I had your email address I would send you the dxf and settings file also
this is a large pocket area maybe 2 or 3 square feet with 47 arcs and lines I have made so many setting changes I am lost, Daniel and the guys in programming are reviewing the files and settings
