Back when I lived in NJ one of the business next to us (a welder) loaned another business (a carpet wholesaler) their forklift. Because neither business had a ground level door they loaded the machine in the back of a trailer (you can probably already guess where this is going  ) The sad part o...

Nick,
I have not found any way to edit it. I prefer to use MS Excel to manually input panels if I have more then one or two for just that reason. If I need to make a change it is easy.

Thanks Forrest, I wondered about using two pieces. You don't experience any problem with one piece moving seperately from the other? As for flycutting (at least as far as a spoilboard is concerned) I have alway found that if we only flycut one side we get a pretzel. In fact even when we have cut one...

Dave, Thank you for your reply. Yes we have a tool length sensor. I am not used to cutting with a wasteboard, we usually cut just on a spoilboard so I forgot about the wasteboard thickness setting in control nesting. Thanks. As soon as I get some 1/4\" MDF in we are going to give this a try. Bi...

Forrest, I have seen a similar error, something along the lines of while radius compensation is on a arc to line intercept calculation has failed. I have found that if you hit OK on the error screen and press start again, nine times out of ten it will continue without a problem. Please be ready to h...

Thanks Forrest, I will give it a try and let you know how I make out. It is really great when shops that are competing against each other (at least to a certain degree with the custom machining) are willing to work together. If I can ever be of assistance with anything let me know.

Forrest, I wound up leaving my old company before ever trying your program. Do you have the spiral program you mentioned in your other posts? Also what size bed was this written for (looking at the g-code it seems like a 5' x 12'). If the spiral was written for a 5' x 12' then we will need to modify...

Thanks Ryan, I had not thought about that. One other problem with the new style keyboard \"delete\" is a two button operation. Can you say \"twister\" (obscure reference to mid 1980's game)
