Re: Peninsula Cabinet

The depth of your first cabinet should be what you want to end up with less your rear faceframe. eCabinets will adjust the sides to be the depth of the cabinet automatically when you delete the back.

Re: Peninsula Cabinet

Ok one method to do this is. 1) Start with a standard base cabinet of the dimensions you require. 2) Remove the back of the cabinet. 3) Load another cabinet of same dimensions. 4) Remove all cabinet parts except for faceframe and doors. 5) Rotate and align to back of existing cabinet. 6) Save as an ...

Re: New User

Create a folder in there i.e. Bricks NOW most important is you mut place a file in here. I just copy any image from another folder into this folder. Go back to eCabinets, select...

Re: Forum server

Hey Dean, just for your info, I haven't been able to get the server for the last 10-15mins. When I refresh it times out, I keep trying and up it comes, this does this every day for me. Your servers might be doing something overnight (your time)

Re: Installer problem!

lol when I read the topic heading I got excited, we always have problems with our cabinet installer onsite and thought it was a discussion on that. Seriously though, have you ever had CV or NC installed on that computer? sometimes missing files can trigger the wrong install to fire up, I'd be doing ...

Re: Artcam and Thermwood linking

Great idea Kerry, I suggested that here and then was reminded that Dan first floated that idea here . When I first started using this software I asked about the implementation of ladder style kicks (and yes I know there is a get around for this before anyone posts lol) and was told it would never ha...

Re: Artcam and Thermwood linking

The biggest thing I have seen with Thermwood is that it really isn't listening to the regions it goes into. I mean it excels very well in the American market with the features it has and the construction methods the are used every day in the States. Unfortunately when it comes to our style of buildi...

Re: Artcam and Thermwood linking

My understanding of ArtCam, and bear in mind I haven't used it, but have read extensivly on Cad/Cam is that you have a post processor from ArtCam to the Thermwood that takles the info ond gets it into Thermwood speak, setting tools etc. The ArtCam will take your CSV file of doors and nest them, then...

Re: Artcam and Thermwood linking

CSV files are just Comma Separated Value files, doing a quick search on the net I found that ArtCam will read CSV files. So in theory a csv file can be read into ArtCam then processed out into g-code that the Thermwood can run.

Re: door gaps

Gene I don't know what you mean by the following. "I'm sure not gonna go through all my seeds to both boost the doors by a millimeter or two, and change my hardware hole group setback to 36mm or 35mm, just for this. We're happy just cranking out the hinges to adjust our gaps for the bumper thic...
