Re: Thermwood CNC services in Conn

Hi Leo,
We are located in Stamford CT and cutting cabinet parts is the ONLY thing we do. We don't put you on the back burner and we stand by our product.
Give me a call, I'd love the opportunity to assist you with your cabinet part processing.
Thanks!

Holy smokes Kerry I think if I had that many shelves in a cabinet my computer would spontaneously combust!

Stephen, can you post a .cnc file with the problem? I'll be happy to take a look at it. What version of control nesting are you running?

Travis, what vaccuum pump do you have? If it is a Becker pump, they make sound enclosures.

Re: Ramp-in on arc issue

I didn't see the "turn cabinet decks into shark-fins" feature in the latest update but now I will have to try it :P
Unfortunately I don't think there's much anybody can do without the export file.

Re: Hellooo! New Control nest with cool features

I'm excited about the update, but I have not found the right time to install it yet.
Looking forward to trying it out! Should make a big difference with drawer box parts that have a thousand dados on a sheet :D

Re: Error cutting a circle

Fred,
Change the tool diameter in tooling setup to .001" smaller than it's current value and run the file again.
