Scott, create a sheet material the same thickness and finish as the molding. Build a cabinet from it, remove all the parts except the sides and top. Now size it to the Depth, Height, and Width you need. Use backsets to adjust depth of part, and overall cabinet depth to set the parts from the wall.

Scott, take a look at this example job, in the elevation view, if you hover over the Toe Kick you will notice it is a cabinet with all the parts removed except the Toe Kick. The cabinet is the same depth as the other cabs, the toe kick inset has been adjusted 1/4" for the thickness of the mater...

Hi Scott, welcome aboard. The toe kick, do you need to create a proper working cut list, or just to sell the job? When you create components, you need to use correct sizing. Hey Mike, it allows you to design a drawer box where the bottom is extended into dados in the cabinet, and used in place of slides.

Hey Brenda, could you create the hole pattern in a standard cabinet, then take the gable to Countour and save the hole pattern as a Parasoild file. That way you could apply to a gable without holes. The problem that I see with this is will the router recognize them as holes and drill them, or try to...

Hey Tim, we do allot of flat panel, and mitering. We found using Autocad for the layouts to be the most efficient use of time.

I saved it as an older version of cad (R12), that converts the Spline to Pline, it works, slow going in the PE. HTH
