Hey Justin I took one of the the old cabinets we drew and nested it without issue at the machine with no flips on the back you might want to check your material and see if the single sided box is checked for your 16mm white MCP. :? I'm running 5.1 in Ecabs and 5.13 rolling nest :? Regards Mike :)

Hi Rick What I was asking was if i upgrade my existing computer that has ecabinets on it can i use the same code that is on this computer or will i need to generate a new code :?: :)

Hi Brian We were having problems with the router plunging twice into rta holes and part editing holes and found that it was a edgebanding issue. we removed all edgebanding from all our cabinets and that was the end of the double plunge hope this helps Mike :)

Thom If you need a work around for this you can take the deck into part editor and delete the holes :)

Since V5 alot of our drill operations are plunging the same hole twice! Most of these holes are part editing holes or rta holes and or hole patterns that were created in hole pattern editor! We are currently running Ecabs V5 Bld 10 our controller is Win 2000 5.05-Bld 4 Rolling nest V 4.94

I tried to recreate the cab with a standard lower without edging with the same results :?: :?: :?: Am I missing something :? Here is basically the same cab created in V4 but saved inV5 No flips :? :oops: :oops: :oops: Guess I missed the check box for single sided material when i created my material....

I took this file and nested it at the machine and the deck,fixed shelf and back which are normally not a flip operation in version 4 turned out to be in version 5. Thanks for that info Jason we were using a 3/8 2 flute upshear for our .5 solid surface but felt we might have to use something diffrent for such thick material After a closer look I found out the material is 1\"1/8 and we might look at 2 passes Thanks again :)
