Version 5.59 Patch 2 can be installed on THM version 5.05. You will not be able to install any version higher than that unless you upgrade the controller.

Re: DXF Clean Up tool Problem

When Control Nesting is given an operation it checks the tooling list starting with the operation 1 tool then going down the list until it finds a tool it can use. If it goes through the operations list and does not find a tool it can use, it then passes the operation to the pocketing routine. This ...

Re: Auto tool measure problem after updating control

It sounds like your sensor needs to be cleaned. You can take the sensor apart and clean any saw dust out of it y removing the 3 screws that holds the top pad on. Having the router move upwards instead of downwards is what usually happens when the sensor gets dirty and no longer has a closed contact ...

Re: CN 5.71 RAMP IN area not being cleaned out

After seeing your code, I wrote the code for version 6 THM software and was able to reproduce the error. I have informed our software eng...

Re: CN 5.71 RAMP IN area not being cleaned out

Mohan, I did test this the first time you sent me the file and I was not able to reproduce the issue as I stated in the email. Who did you send the files to the second time? If you have this happen again, send the CNC file along with the export to program@thermwood.com and someone will look into it ...

I never received the files requested. Please send the most recent files to program@thermwood.com along with information on the issue. This way, if I am not the tech that looks at it, they will know what they are looking for.

Re: Fixture offsets / flip operations

Your Fixture offset is not set correctly. If you perform flip operations first and then flip the whole sheet and it is not correct on the y axis, then you need to change your fixture offset by half the error. If you are flipping the parts one at a time, you will need to change the offset by the valu...

Re: Turning off vacume pumps

Our retrofit department should be able to discuss with you what you are wanting. If you want just on and off switches at the controller, or if you want the pump to be automated by adding code into the program to turn it on and off automatically.

Re: Label Printing from CN

There is only one label file (30252_Address_SINGLESHEET.RPT) that allows you to print the labels for each sheet as it is cutting and it is only available in Control Nesting version 5.69 and higher. If you are not using this RPT file, then it will print all of them at once and there is no way to stop...
