Re: Import Batch From Excel
I agree there is something funny going on, but maybe it is not so much in the import. I have noticed that eCabinets now no longer maintained the order of entry into the batch like it used to. It now reorders the batch cabinets into some sort of Ascending order. I also notice that it is not quite the...

Door operations Dissappear after Batch Door Change
I created some holes in my doors (for pulls), created some restraints saved the cabinet.
I added the cabiniet to batch.
Selected the cabinet and then modified the doors to select an alternative (from within the batch screen) and the drillings that I had added to the doors dissappeared

Drawer Slide Front Mounting Hole - Incorrect Orientation
Ryan When I create a drawer Front mounting block pattern like this: Hole Pattern.jpg The orientation of the front clip fixing holes is wrong as per the following: Wrong Orientation.jpg As you can see from above, the front fixing holes are being drilled into the edge of the drawer front rather than t...

Re: HARDWARE NOT SHOWING UP
Hi Kerry thank you for your reply. I did also think about that and gave it a try prior to posting, however this did not recall the hardware along with the cabinet when it is later pulled from the library. Do you think this is a bug Ryan should take a look at? It is really important for me to be able...

Re: HARDWARE NOT SHOWING UP
Ryan Thanks for the response, and it will be good to get the folder names appearing the way we create them. The second thing that springs to mind as an issue is: you mentioned that you need to attach a HSF file to the hardware in order for the folders to appear at all. The problem is that I don't wa...

Re: Default settings
Justin, they could be anywhere, but I think that the new version's default location is:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Thermwood\eCabinet Systems\hardware

Re: Default settings
Kerry & Ryan I have a question. I noted in Kerry's earlier post that his inline image showed a hinge and the associated hole pattern on the left and the hinge mount with it's associated hole pattern on the right. I noticed that both of the patterns are exectly the same. Now I have NOT tried this...

Version 6 Build 2 – Can’t Open Corner Cabinet
When I try to load the attached corner cabinet (which was created in version 4 or 5) directly into the cabinet editor via the load screen, eCabinets hangs at the “Applying Part Editor / Constraint Data” step. If I load the cabinet into a batch cabinet list or into a room layout, then click on the ca...

Re: HARDWARE NOT SHOWING UP
Gary, Thanks for the reply. I did have the handles, that wasn't a problem. My problem was that i tried to create a User Created Category in the hardware database. I gave it a name. I created new hardware items within that category. Then when I start a job, open the item window, I get the following p...

Re: Cabinet leaves a trail.
Richard I agree, make sure that you have the latest graphics drivers. you might get these from: http://www.update.microsoft.com/windowsupdate/v6/default.aspx?ln=en-us THEN if that does not fix the problem proceed with the following: Try Decreasing your graphics hardware acceleration down a notch or ...

Mark,
It does not have that option.
That would be very useful though.
