Override Tool Life timer
Is there a line of code that I can insert to temporarily override the tool life timer? I would like to disable the timer on my morning warmup routine. I wrote a little program that picks up a tool and runs it for 8 minutes with the spindle speed increasing over the duration of the program, and I don...

Re: Restart halfway through a sheet
You have to start the program from the beginning and go through the wasteboard setting as well as pop the pins up. Should be on a "pins down" (M62L8 on my machine) command. Do a line search to the sheet you want to cut on, start at the same "pins down" line of code to get the sh...

Re: Flycut routine request
Our workaround: set the "Amount to remove" to 0 when flycutting the second wasteboard. Quick and easy.

Ramp-in location
I noticed that when using Conventional with Outline Non-Final Pass Climb, the ramp in location is set so that the END of the ramp is located at the corner of the part. When using the single-pass outline cuts, the BEGINNING of the ramp is set at the corner of the part. I would love to be able to comb...

Re: Flip ops not aligning
UPDATE:
Discovered part of the problem, at least. Our pop-up pins appear to have been knocked out of alignment. I'm guessing that once we've corrected this, it'll be easier to rectify the rest of the problem.

Flip ops not aligning
Greetings all! Looking for anyone that has some advice for me on how to get flip ops to cut correctly. A number of years ago, our machine cut flip ops beautifully. But something seems to have gotten out of alignment. Dados that get cut on the B side are misaligned by about 1.5 - 2mm. If anyone can p...

Add a line of code when the machine calls a tool, it first checks the "used tool life" number for that tool, and if it is 0, it automatically measures the tool before continuing with the program.

Controlling the Ramp-in Location
Greetings all! Does anyone here know if it's possible to control where the machine ramps in on an outline cut? For example, when we're cutting finished gables out of MDF, and it ramps in on the front edge of the part, it leaves a little "dig" where the tool pulls back out after the outline...

Request... again!
Sorry, it's me again, with another feature request. Some materials we cut tend to chip out easier when cutting across the grain, such as some oak veneers, or even solid wood. Would be fantastic to have an option similar to the one that already exists in the settings dialog, "% Full Feed for Thr...

Feature Request
We already have the ability to rotate offal sheets. Am wondering if it would be possible to also add the ability to flip/mirror offal sheets in the Add Sheets window? Sometimes we need to flip a sheet over, which renders the saved offal of that sheet useless, and we need to enter it manually.

Re: spoil sheet support for a MTR Thermwood
Instead of investing in a push-off bar, try building a table the same height as the CNC table. Then just use two waste boards. As soon as one sheet is done cutting, push the whole wasteboard off onto the neighboring table, then place the second wasteboard onto the machine and keep cutting while you'...
