Re: Feature Requests

I have one for control nesting .That would be to have ability to estimate cut times for nested parts based on feed speeds plunge rates and rapid moves. This feature would have been nice to have had this past week as we had a job that required a hourly rate. Lucky for us our educated guess was close ...

Sanding Equipment for doors

We are looking for a machine to reduce labor time sanding our mdf doors. We are looking at the supermax brush sanders. Is anyone using this type of machine if so how do you like it?

Re: Improve Dust Pickup CS43

Kerry just a thought but maybe try going from the 4" flex directly to the 22" (more volume more suction)But also make sure the ducting you have is not clogged this happens a lot to us. As we have a progressive system similar to yours.

And yes you would have to make all of your cuts in part edi...

Re: AutoCad Layer Name

I have not tried this but it might be possible to make one layer starting from the left 9mm deep and a second layer starting at the right 18 mm deep just a thought. You would have to set the max plunge for that tool to 18mm though. And this could cause problems for other operations for the same tool.

Re: Z axis will not drop

Scott, G00 is the command for a rapid movement in a straight line. Without an X, Y or Z coordinate, this command does nothing except it does remain modal or in memory. That means that if the next line says X10, it will move as fast as it can. The G00 stays in effect until it sees a different moveme...

Re: Z axis will not drop
