Re: v.6 error message

Dennis,

Can you let us all know what you did to get it working. Not crucial, but it might help others in solving this same error. This might allow us to resolve the problem in the installer as well.

Thanks.

Re: stretchers in V6

Mark,

Can you post me a cabinet from 5.2 with this construction. Std base frameless with a stretcher will work.

Once I get this, I will see if I cannot get this resolved, oat a minimum, a workaround for now.

Thanks.

Re: Import Batch From Excel

Also could I just ask why 5.2 was always located in:- C:\Program Files\Thermwood and now the new Version 6 is located in:- C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Thermwood Are files still working from both locations? From what I can see they are. Leigh, I see that rick answered you later que...

Re: LDE Problem

Lamar, The nasty dialog boxes in the JPG have been fixed in V6, so that is not the graphics card. That issue I think was more related to Vista than anything else. As for your lines not printing, does this happen in the Print Preview as well? Can you post a screen shot from the print preview showing ...

Re: Problem doing a fillet in PE

John, Kerry is correct, this has been an issue and did not make this release. No need to post this on the Beta forum. However, there are ways of working around this for now. You can create your cut path in the contour mode of the Part Editor. Once you have a path created, you can cut or pocket this ...

Re: Error 1320. The specified path is too long

Dale, Hopefully we can figure out what is wrong here quickly, but I am going to need some additional information. Can you post the information from your event log. Here are some instructions: You will have to open the event viewer to get the error message. the easiest way to do this is to select Sta...

Re: v.6 error message

Dennis, You will have to open the event viewer to get the error message. the easiest way to do this is to select Start , then RUN . Type eventvwr.msc and press ENTER. Under Windows Logs, select Application, and then find the 'X' that details the problem. You should be able to highlight the text in t...

Re: Error 1326

Jim, Error 1326, now that is a new one on us as we have not encountered this error before. First of all, what Log File do you have, as it is not attached. Second, can you open your application log and send us the error in there. Specifically any line numbers if available. Third, if you want to do th...

Re: Import Batch From Excel

Leigh, I really have not had a chance to look into this much, but I will take a guess as to what is happening. Since your 5.2 cabinets have been copied into a new location, I am betting that your directory location in the batch is not correct. Under the Cabinets directory now, you have all of the ol...

Re: Version 6

Conor,

Even though you will be required to put in IE7 or higher, you do not have to use it as your browser. I would recommend that you keep your browser up to date as IE6 has many security vulnerabilities. Staying current will help keep you system more secure in the long run.

Just my thoughts.

Re: Making ghost image of OS/2 hard drive

Eric, What size was the old hard drive, and the new one? Are they the same or different. OS/2 had some size points that are difficult to cross without doing a fresh install. For example, to get larger than 2GB, the file system had to be upgraded from FAT to HPFS. Larger than about 8GB, settings on t...
