Re: Flip Parts in CN 5.74
Georgi, You have the two lower drawer slabs in a group with the upper drawer front. This upper drawer front has drill holes on the back side of it. Because they are grouped and there is machining on both sides of the parts in the group, Control Nesting is setting the pockets as the flip operation in...

Re: Leaving skin along edge during outline
The laminate on the edges is being pushed down on the edge. It has nothing on the opposite side of it or under it to hold it so it is flexing downwards. This is due to the material and wasteboard slightly overhanging the actual table board allowing it to be pushed down. If you watch the machine when...

Forrest,
There is no setting that will allow you to write a file without loading it automatically.

Re: override tool auto slection (closest diamiter)
You will need to make sure that the mortise is wider than your 3/8 tool. If it is and your machine is still picking up the 1/4 tool then you need to redo the order of operation tools. If your 1/4 is in your operations list before the 3/8 then it will always select the 1/4. The software looks at each...

Re: V-carve on 1997 C53 router
Gavin, If you have a 97 then your machine is OS2 based and probably has no tool management. This means that you will most likely not use normal tool numbers to change tools but will use macro calls. If you would like to, you can email me a copy of one of the files that is already on the machine and ...

Re: 901 PART LOCATOR while doing Vee Grooves
After you press the cycle start to perform the slatwall cuts, there is only one line of code that has the ability to cause it to skip past everything to the end. IF [DADOTOOLNO=0] THEN M81L70 (No Pre Dadoing Required) THis line has it jump down to the end where it loops back to the beginning of the ...

Re: 901 PART LOCATOR while doing Vee Grooves
The M00 code is a program stop. It will stop the file from running until you press the cycle start button again. You should be fine to press the green button and continue from what I can see.

Brent,
Post your code so we can see where it is stopping. Every cad/cam software is different and puts out different code.

Josh,
Have you tried to nest this and create the code at the machine? I can import your settings and it works fine. This makes me think that it is something corrupted like a table in your desktop version.

Re: Carving
Will, You can place the acceleration macro anywhere in the program and it will take effect immediately. If you want to slow the accelerations down only on the carving, you can add a G803 before it starts on that section of the code and then place a G800 afterwards so the rest of the cutting is at re...
