Reminds me of a saying I was told years ago, \"Quality remains long after the price is forgotten\".

In the world of $49 dvd players and cheap consumables people don't place much value in the trades of the skilled craftsman.

I'm not totally sure, but the credenza is part of the furniture program. This means that the design is available for anyone who has a Thermwood router to download and install on their router. They can then cut out the parts necesary to buile the credenza. So if you have a router you can purchase thi...

A way to trick the machine is to bump up the spoilboard thickness so that the bit doesn't go all the way through on the first pass, you then just run the sheet again without moving it dropping the spoilboard thickness at each successive run untill you get to the actual spoilboard thickness. This way...

We do this all the time, you need to scan the part then when it says to place the part, scroll down a little (say 4-5 lines) and you get to SET ZSHIFT=16.5000 Edit this by hitting the tab key to be SET ZSHIFT=16.5000+WASTEBOARD it will use the wasteboard thickness that you specified at the start of ...

I get this problem a lot, to get around I use the flie browser to rename the first cnc file before doing the second nest. Sometimes just by adding \"old\" of \"first\" after the file name. That way the second nest will write a new file and I can get the old file back if I need to...

I am using the external 240volt supply here and will change over the power supply when it gets here. If possible can ...

I know what you mean Thom, I taught the guys how to close up a job half finished then the next morning do a F5 F1 to get the cnc file back up. Of course they did a F11 F2 and renested the job. Wouldn't of been a problem only that the cnc file written the day before was a combination of jobs and thei...
