I will keep you post about particle board as soon as I get my tool wich I ordered last week because that's what we mostly use.

What I meant is that it does not look like small tap on the video.. But I'll try it anyway and keep you post, I might use it for drawer boxes. The thing is that when you have tall pieces it's hard to assemble when there is not enough tolerance and you have to "tap" it.

We use 0.03 tolerance....so I thinik barbed dado might not work for us ? I'm a right that you have to have tight dados so barbed works ? In the video, the cabinet maker assemble cabinets with an hammer..we don't do that, it's faster to have more tolerance and nail it. I think...

Any picture of what this joint looks like ?

If you could also find Ranger mdf it would help you a lot. Ranger is made 100 % soft wood, Excel is almost 100% hardwood, flakeboard is in between....so it is an important factor also !

We use 5.58, the latest..

When I load a file that I already started to machine and I want to start to a double digit sheet I get "call label does not exist" ???

I change c: drive so now I have to setup again for printing on my dymo label printer. What is the number of the label ? Because right now it's printing verticaly instead of horizontal and multiple pieces on the same label. Can somebody help please ?

I changed my C : drive yesterday with what you sent me. Now when I open control nesting and push “Load” button I get : Error 80090016 during CryptAcquireContext! Unrecognized database format c:/temp/therm.twd

I just received my retro for the c: drive but the problem is that my cd rom drive on thermwood is not working anymore, can I do this puting the cd in my laptop and doing it via the network sharing the d drive ? Or any other solutions ?

Yes, sorry...But I can't find the .hsf that we did in version 6....in the cabinet folder, where are they ?
