Leo, short answer is no. I've wanted that ability for a while. Also if we can lock a display part to the spot we align it to that would be a huge help when resizing.

Re: Write CNC stalls
What Jeremy said. I'm still running Windows 2k and slow nesting its one of the reasons we asked Thermwood to make a desktop version. The other reason is you can nest and write code from anywhere and or while your machine is running. Its well worth the money!

Re: Resized Tall Cabinet Elevated off of Floor
Nat, if you only want to resize it while in elevation view highlight the cabinet, right click and select "adjust cabinet features, resize equalize".
From there you can choose to move the top or bottom.

Re: Trouble cutting cabinet parts
Alec, it sounds like you're doing the flip-op first cuts. You will need the machine set up properly in order to flip them accurately. If you want to do them afterwards you can turn them off using the flip ops first tab.

Re: Profile modeler
Hi David, I'm pretty sure it always starts at the top of the profile and works its way down but there are some other factors too like tool direction. If its a single door can you do a climb pass around the outside first to remove that extra material?

Re: Dovetail drawer depth not resizing properly
Thanks Clint, its weird that it happens after every beta test and not during. I looked back at my emails to Thermwood and found 3 other instances over the years where I have reported it, only the size differences were more dramatic then this time for me. This only happens when I resize the depth. I'...

Re: Dovetail drawer depth not resizing properly
Follow up. I opened the job today to change one of the drawer sizes. I took the drawer from batch into cabinet editor and notice the depth was still off. However, when I change the width the depth corrected. I also tried just opening construction settings and clicking, it okay also fixed the depth. ...

Dovetail drawer depth not resizing properly
This happens after every beta test. My dovetail drawer depth doesn't resize properly. This drawer is loaded into a cabinet with no parts and no insets so the cabinet size is the actual size of the drawer. When I resize it from 21" deep to 21.125" and hover over the drawer it says it's actu...

Tom, make sure the profile is closed. Extend and cut all your line ends again or use the select chain option to find the break.

Re: Edge Pull placement
I was able to add some manually by way of Hardware Objects. Not the ideal way but with some extra work it got the job done.
Thanks, Forrest

Edge Pull placement
Does anyone have an edge pull similar to Hafele HF12402310 that will place on the door properly? The supplied one sits on the surface instead of behind the edge.

Re: Resizing Display Boards
To bad they can't be scaled like a display object. I would also like to see an option to lock them to a specific location (post on the corners) so when the cabinet is resized they move with it.

Re: THM Desktop on 10 year old machine
It absolutely saves processing time. I have a 15 year old controller that runs code fine but gets bogged down when trying to nest large jobs. Plus you can process the next job while you're running a job. The other issue I started running into is finding printer drivers for new printers that work wit...

Re: THM Desktop on 10 year old machine
Hi David, I don't use the sync for various reasons. What I do is make all my tooling the max size at the desktop version. IE: the 3/8" compression for the outline tool is always set at .375". It can be whatever size under that it needs to be at the controller and offsets will compensate fo...
