E Cabinets has stopped working
On any large project we are designing we will get this prompt, minimum, every third time we switch between main view and LDE. We are constantly forced to shut down ecabs and all work is lost. We now save every 2-3 minutes to try and protect from losing hours of work. Is everyone experiencing this pr...

Re: is it possible to hide a wall in LDE
Scott thanks for your advice. I tried that before starting this thread. That doesn't work because when you select the wall, the cabinets associated with it also become selected and the hide feature then hides wall and cabinets. The only way I can see to do this is by dis-associating all cabinets and...

is it possible to hide a wall in LDE
When you bring a wall and it's associated cabinets into lde is there a way to remove(hide) just the wall and leave the cabinets. When sectioning cabinets the wall can create confusion also sometimes you have a 30' wall with only 10' of cabinets which is a lot of wasted paper real estate.

Okay Clint. To resolve the problem I had to un-check "force software rendering". Thanks again for your help.

Re: No Edge banding on profiled parts?
Well with the use of more and more melamine and HDF type products it really needs to be addressed.

Re: No visible nodes
David is your attachment from the main screen of the cabinet editor? If I press the "M" key I get no nodes in cabinet editor. In my attachment you can see I am able to measure point to point but there are no visible nodes at the endpoints of the red line. Same thing if I try to move a wall...

No visible nodes
Since the last build I cannot actually see any nodes. Everything works as if the node is present but not able to see them. I can align parts, measure , move walls etc. but I am left guessing until I complete whatever function I am attempting to preform. Same issue on multiple computers. Anyone have ...

Re: cutlist
Export the cutlist to excel. There are some good videos posted in an excel thread on this site to show you how to make that list easier to work with. Once the list is "cleaned up" (takes about two minutes after you learn how) highlight the "width" column in the sheet component ta...

Shelf Collisions
Whenever I associate a mid rail to a shelf, usually when I have multiple shelf stacked with 0" opening between them . I may do this if using a shelf as a door stop on an inset application, as one example. I will get this shelf collision prompt when resizing the cabinet. Doesn't really affect an...

Re: Room designer wall height
Donald, you are correct. Wall heights are changed in the wall edit "D" area. When you change the wall height on the main room layout page it only affects future walls to be built.

Using the f/x editor
Can someone enlighten me as to its purpose. I have been trying to figure out a way to lock the width of a fixed shelf to 4" for example no matter the cabinet depth but haven't figured out a way
