Any idea on how you got it to what it is? Order sweeping profiles, swapping front to back midway, changing material thickness between, erasing profiles in certain order? This is a new one on the software engineers.

Are you downloading the latest version? In the dark blue banner on the page it should have a date of 11/29/2023 and version of 6.2.11. Download should also be V6.2.11setup.exe. Your webpage may be displaying the previous page, so make sure to refresh on the page to get it updated.

Most likely need to update graphics driver from the manufacturer's site, not through Windows. You can do a quick check by checking the boxes for Force Software Rendering and Use Graphics Double buffering in Settings/Preferences. You can talk with your reseller to see about something in the post, but likely it isn't something that can be corrected with a flip of the switch. Mastercam doesn't output any transition C motions to posting when the tool is vertical.
