Measure
Sure would be nice if we could measure things in the custom layout area. I need to locate plumbing in the floor located from the walls, I am using a display cube for the plumbing as no pipes in custom layout.
Thanks

Re: How to update assembly components?
Thank you Mark & Tim, I appreciate hearing your thoughts. After reading them I can see that, once again, there are many different ways to use eCabs, and that I could have explained mine a little better. Mark: When I 1st started using eCabs I took a couple of pokes at CL (custom layout) and soon...

Re: How to update assembly components?
Howdy all, I'm interested in your two-cents worth. I'm wondering if/how anyone out there uses assemblies? I'm sure there's some of you, and I'd be interested in hearing your take on them and what you use them for. Here's my scenario/motive: I'm preparing to build an island composed of multiple cabs...

Re: Can't have 2 faceframe thickness materials?
ok so you will have to work around it with 2 cabinets - one with 3 or 4 inch thick face frames and one with 3/4 frames and make an assembly

Re: Can't have 2 faceframe thickness materials?
If you click ALL it will populate ALL to the same thickness otherwise you can set each one individuallyLeo Graywacz wrote:Doesn't work. As soon as you switch to another thickness it populates the field with that thickness wood and you lose the side stile thicker wood.

Re: Can't have 2 faceframe thickness materials?
go into face frames and then
consturction settings then into page 2
now you can select differant material for your stiles and set the width as you want
