Rolling nest pocket too large
I'm having problems with a couple pockets that are right up too and exceed the outline of the part. The machine cuts them approximately twice as far outside the outline and takes multiple passes at each dado sometimes not removing any material at all. Any ideas? I'm using 5.12 of rolling nest and se...

drawerbox front to part editor?
I'm trying to edit the front of a drawer box to create a hand pull - half circle shape cut out of the top of the front panel. Any ideas how I can accomplish this? I'm trying to avoid creating a drawer front.
Thanks, Fred.
Thanks, Fred.

part editor alignment
Is there an easy technique to aligning a geometry to the center of a square or rectangular panel? If I put a 2\" diameter circle on a square back panel, is there quick way to align to center, or do I need to figure the width height of the back panel and change the object move and move with the ...

Justin, No the part was not located at 0,0 in the original cad program. I just located lower left to the 0,0 point in TurboCad, exported and it is still crashing. Paul and Dan, Thank you for the prompt response. Paul, I never thought to delete the fillet. I did do the explode and it went right in to...

Part Editor DXF crash
Are there any specifics on the type of DXF allowed in part editor. I use Turbo Cad v11 and have a simple rectangle that has the top corner rounded. I can bring a regular rectangle into part editor but if I do anything besides a rectangle eCabs crashes on import. Doesn't matter the cabinet or part. I...

chain compout have to be inside outline?
Does the chain compout object/layer have to be inside the outline object? I have 3 objects I have to cut and the only way I can get them to cut is by putting inside a outline rectangle and then let the machine make an extra pass around the 3 objects at the end. Does anyone have a workaround. I have ...

Blind dado back not cutting on machine
Hi Guys, Not sure if this goes here or in the Thermwood section. I have a simple cabinet(shelf case). I have blind dado for all parts.. the blind dado shows properly in ecab but when the machine cuts the parts the back panel does not get the 1/2 depth of the dado cut. All parts are 5/8' sheet stock....

excel dxf import crash
I'm having a problem importing DXF files on RN v 5.08. This is the first time I've tried this. All dxf files load individually just fine but when I put the excel list together it is giving me problems. I checked and all files exist in proper drive and dir on machine. Also, made sure the material alr...
