Mohammed,
The error that you are getting is because there is too large of a value for the B axis in your c-marker adjustment table. If you have a large value in the table because of alignments, you will need to re-belt and realign the axis.

Re: CN Printed Sheets
The sheets are not created in Crystal Reports. Sorry, there's no way that you can change the page layout. You can modify it somewhat, inside of Control Nesting ,in the print screen by clicking the sheet settings button. In Ecabinets, you cannot modify it at all.

Re: CN Printed Sheets
The printed labels can be altered using Crystal Reports. Are you asking for the ones at the machine or in Ecabinets? If it is at the machine, they are stored in the "C:\rolling nest\labels\" directory. If it is the ones in Ecabinets, it is stored in the "C:\ProgramData\Thermwood\eCabi...

Re: Auto Lube Hose Broken
Having a broken auto lube line will not keep the machine from running but you will have to remember that none of the bearings are getting oil at that time. All of it is going out through the broken line. I would pinch it off so that the other bearings are getting the oil and then replace it as soon ...

Re: Problem with Pilot Holes
If the hole is round and you have a drill bit the correct size it will drill it. Otherwise it will pocket it. I was not aware that the cut through didn't affect all tools. If your code is correct but you are not getting the desired results something is wrong at the machine. Forrest Circles can be d...

Re: Model 53 Bad Wobbly cuts
Zach,
Check your lash on both the x and y axis with a dial indicator and a magnetic base. The waves look like an axis is loose or that the material was not held down very well.

Re: Thermwood Software and DXF Export Decimal Places
Jason, There currently is no way to change the precision on the Thermwood control. Can you please provide me with the company name and the THM software version that you are currently running? If you could email me an export from your machine along with a dxf file that you have seen this with it woul...

Re: T shaped pocket help
I was able to change some settings and get the file to nest and write the cnc with the T pocket. The first thing I did was to check ignore groups in the tooling section. Your material you created the part out of is set for group 2 and it does not have a small enough tool to cut the pocket. The defau...

Re: Control Nesting V8
The first step would be to find out what tool number you are using in control nesting to call your drill bank. You can do this by looking at your operation that is set up for the drill banks x and y directions and then record the tool number that is shown there. Once you know what tool numbers are b...

Make sure that the tools are set up correctly in the tool management. Make sure they are calling the correct actuator number and actuator position in the lower section.

Re: Control Nesting V8
Offalls - on the previous settings screen we could turn off offalls ( to save the piece being trimmed around - waste of time) and it would still print barcoded labels for the offall. Now we have to have offalls turned on to get the label and it trims the offall(wastes time). This was changed so tha...

Re: Ramp In Not Being Cleaned Up With Double Pass
The issue is in your double pass settings. You have both, the size to perform double pass, and the size to leave skin on double pass, set to the same values. THis means that anything it sees as needing a double pass it will also leave the skin on. In this case, because you have a large ramp in and a...

Re: Graphing
Kerry, The graphing screen runs through a program the same way the machine would run it if it was running the program for real. This means that if the program stops and asks for an input(sheet number) then the graphing screen does the same thing. This is why it runs for hours and doesn't show anythi...
