If I leave .009 then the front width is .875, this creates a problem with blind corner hinges. I know that I could just take the dadoes out for that side but I would like to reduce any type of human error white trying to reproduce the tenon.

We have a cabinet shop 40 with a 5 X 10 table. We are currently using 4 X 8 sheets for our spacer, my question is does anyone have a surfacing program that will just surface 4 X 8 instead of the entire 5 X 10 table.

You are a genius, I did as you asked and everything worked fine. I took it a step further and changed material thickness as well and it did not go boom. Is this just one of those things that I am going to have to live with or is it a hate to say it a bug.
