As David suggest conventional cutting will leave more and more fuzz as the bit loses its edge. While the downside to cutting conv. is when the bit leaves an lipped edge on skinned parts. Mark, It should not let you NC reset when this occurs. However my operater has hit the home key on the handheld which is a system overide. Ted, Try taking the cab back into shelf editor and left click on the shelf to highlight green. Then go to construction settings and if everything is just so then hit OK.
