Looks like I have the same issue, latest control nesting will not execute from D/ data. But it did from the usb drive.

I have the same machine. add more ram up to 4 gig. eliminate what the machine reserves for virtual reality. Delete temporary files and folders. Use your restore disc. I prefer to run the out line on the spoilboard. Place 1/16 inch thick gasket material, on the inside of the cut. then drill a 1/4 inch hole through the spoil board. now you should have a hold of it good. You can purchase V Carve Pro from vectric some time later you can up grade to Aspire. I use it for everything.

You have to replace it with the same style that the machine came with. I called thermwood to find what was in mine originally.
