Thanks again,
I was afraid to move stuff around again but that worked. I know have my libraries back. I am happy now. As far as that Conestogaz folder is concerned, I won't be going any where near it again!!!

Re: Unrecognized database format
All is almost well again. I removed build 5 and then reinstalled it . But know because I reinstalled the entire program I no longer have my libraries. When I did my reinstall, I renamed the thermwood folder so the reinstall would create a new directory. Is there any way I can migrate my old files in...

Re: Unrecognized database format
Thanks Dan, I couldn't find anything either. Since then I have gone from bad to worse. It all started when I tried to print my nesting sheets and it locked up. Upon restarting ecabs, I started getting this error. That's when I started thinking, me being a rocket scientist and all and that I knew wha...

Another painted Bookcase
It seems everyone wants painted cabinets lately. I'll bet this is my 6th in a row. I am so ready to do some staining. I'll be getting my chance on the next job, a full house full of cherry cabinets. Yea

Re: Printing Labels from eCabinets
Paul, I just noticed the 5366 when you mentioned it, I think I printed one page and took it to Office Depot and found a label that it fit, which happened to be the 8366. So I don't think you can change it. I just did a quick search and the labels are the same size. 2/3" x 3 7/16". Either s...

Re: Printing Labels from eCabinets
We use ecabs to print our labels and use file folder labels. Avery #8366. After the job is nested you can use the print label button to print your labels. We do very little edge banding so I can't help there.

Re: Drawer box nesting/printing problem
Oh yea to make things worse, the sheets that contain the drawer parts show up about an inch square on the page.

Drawer box nesting/printing problem
I have an entire kitchen originally designed with butt joint drawers. The customer wanted dovetails. No problem, says I. In Room Detail I selected all the cabinets and changes all the drawer boxes from my butt joint box to my Dovetail joint box. Now when I go to print the nesting sheets it tries to ...

Re: Line drawing editor upgrade?
Derek, I do what Vince does in the other thread. In a blank job I create a title block with all the info that will be the same. I then named that job Template and on every new job I open then do a save as. Then its just a matter of copy and pasting to all the sheets. I probably got the idea from him...

Wouldn't an applied overhang of the counter top of 25 inches or so to the appropriate side be easier?

Re: Entertainment Center
Thanks, I used piano hinges to fold the doors and a pocket door kit for them to slide back. I also had to use some blocks (the little blocks at the top of the opening) to keep the doors from buckling inside the cabinet while closed. I also used magnetic push catches to keep them closed. Because of t...

Real nice John
My wife and I are constantly on the lookout for a nice piece of property where we can have the shop out back.
