Ok so i made an MDF door off the machine using regular spiral bits. But when finished i am having a problem with a Pitted Look. The outter cut edges also have a problem as they are rough (this all after sanding still) What do people do to seal there MDF or Fill these pits first before Painting or is...

I tried doing this and 1 Problem when i go to nest i get a "ERROR In REGION #2" What am i doing wrong to this??!!?!

Well when you run the v-groove can it be done in one run down the board or will it always do a finishing pass??

also does it need to be a double pass on my profile edge to run?????

Ok So i have profile modeler doing what i want in the right area(Thankyou Thermwood!!!!) Now i do not want to do a perimiter cut but my locater pins do not pop up and i forgot the manual way to raise them... Is this also going to be acurate enough???? i need it to use my locater pins as we cut panel...

Ok so i'm trying to use profile modeler on the CNC but I have an issue that it is referencing out of the wrong corner.

Our Machine has pop up pins that reference off the other side of where the home position of the router head is... How do i change this?????

How could i apply V-Grooving to panels and shrink and expand them to always be in the same positioning and drop some lines off or add new ones in as i size??? is this possible???

K I ran away from this because of other things but now how do i find the inverted triangle or do i make a inverted triangle and do i specify a Tool width????

hey when will it be possible that we can actually edit out parts of our drawer boxes for custom applications and use of blum tandom hardware??

Ok So I want to download Some files from http://www.vectorart3d.com and i can get them in all these formats...Now what would i need once i get the File to convert it to run on the Thermwood??? Would Cut 3d Or something work or which program would people buy to be able to use? or can i use these form...

So question is how do I make V-grooves in E-Cabs on say a sheet of 5/8" wood ? or 1/4" i have a v-groove cutter programmed in The router...the easy part...but how do i make a v-groove bit in ecabs to be able to make the lines???

Ok question i have about profile modeler is how do i add tooling in such as a standard 1/2" 45degree VGroove bit to give me that appearance when choosing a tool? As tool i have for it don't look like those...Is there more files to download and add for more tooling options???

So how do people go about doing this with the thermwood? Would this be possible in the box editor as a standard but you cant add in the machine doing the mitered 45's can you???
