I would imagine that this is due to the traffic. We are currently in the process of putting the libraries on Akemi(sp?) servers so that the site will run as normal.

Members will be able to download the software (full version and updates) from the internet instead of waiting for a cd. A install cd should never be needed unless requested which will require a small fee and shipping.
