Re: Colored symbols on labels
This might sound like I am being funny but how about animals? There is more than 1296 different animals, reptiles and Marine. If you had them as a water mark they would be easy to spot. Would have to be dark colours I guess to be seen. But I think the brain may see a image quicker than a AA, IT, PO,...

script error
I wonder if anyone knows how to stop this script error. Do we have one of our settings wrong?
It pops up fairly often.

How to access the columns in batch cabinets for the Unit cost & Job cost
How do I access the columns in batch cabinets for the Unit cost and Job cost I've tried to search on how to access the columns in batch cabinets for the Unit cost and Job cost. Re: Shop Drawings
Nice to see you on line again Kerry. I am also for you on getting the drawings onto pages rather than one elevation one drawing print. That is, multiple elevations on one page. I know you can drop them into word or similar program but then nothing is to scale. If you could highlight the screen view a...

Thermwoods run on Windows why not Linux
I was wondering why Thermwood has stuck with Windows when they keep dropping support of Windows versions when they get old. I believe they are changing what they consider old as support for Win 7 is close to being dropped. If you had open sourced Linux would that make the Thermwood range future proof...

Re: Keyboard cleaning
Thanks Guys for the ideas. Obviously you guys must be killing the pig in the US. I like to stretch my dollar :) Since I made the post no keyboard issues. The keyboard must have feelings after all. I was almost going to call it a Dog but I believe thats not a very nice word. No name printed on by The...

Keyboard cleaning
The keyboard is 10 years old on my MTR. Just recently a key must be sticking as it keeps on inputting which tends to halt the days activity. If you use compresed air it seems to overcome the fault and all is good for a few days then the fault returns. Any suggestion on the best way to clean the cont...

New Detailer
I have a new detailer who is learning Ecabinets quickly. There are a few things that get overlooked reguarly like shelf setbacks are different on base cabinets compared to uppers. Or edging colours are sometimes door colours and sometimes white. Every firm has its own querks. I had one of my employe...

Becker BRD-60 Cyclonic Filter
I was wondering if anyone has purchased Becker Cyclonic Filter? Whats the thoughts? Waste of time or worthwhile. They say it prolongs the life of the knives. Just seems very small and maybe a K & N type filter would work better? The cost at $1000 Aus or $800 US is high. Also as I have 2 VTLF250 ...

Re: How do I stop being thick?
Hi Mark, Thanks for your input. I do like your example print. Does seem less cluttered than Ecabinets. I am sure my request has made to the white board or on the wall under the white board. Mark I am not sure your drawing would be much good at my shop. Everyone would have to lay on their side to rea...

Re: How do I stop being thick?
Thanks Brad, I apprecate those words of encouragement and wonder how you hacked my computer cam. I do indeed need to go on a diet but easier said than done. I do need to keep on learning and thats the advantage of this forum. Looks like I cant get around changing the dimension line density so I will...

Re: How do I stop being thick?
Thanks Donald. Looks like I wont climb that wall then. I was hoping to have MM toggle off or on in settings. The long wall lengths go to Meters which we don't use here in Oz. No big deal but no advantage. Thanks to the programmers for this feature. It must have been a difficult one to do. Regards Ne...

How do I stop being thick?
With Dimesions display could the need for inches or metric symbols (" or mm) be a option toggle in settings. I think you are either a inch person or a mm person then there maybe some with a foot in each camp. The reason being is its pretty crowded with all those sizes happening so dumbing it do...
