Re: base 45 degree angle cabinet
Rob, I believe this post details how to make an upper cabinet like you describe. You should be able to use the same technique to make a base cabinet. For some reason the link doesn't seem to be working right now. Give it a try though, maybe you'll have better luck than I. http://www.thermwood.com/fo...

Josh,
While viewing the PLC screen or the History screen, press Alt+PrtScn. That will capture the active window. Then open Wordpad and press Ctrl+V. The will paste the screen shot. Then you can save the file and send it to Daniel.
Good Luck.

Rob,
That's how I do it also, once I train my customers. As you said, not the way I would prefer but it works well.

Re: tool holder question
Top Cote works great on tool tables like saws, jointers, and shapers. Doesn't leave a nasty residue and reduces friction. Never thought about using it on the tool holder. I normally put a few drops of WD-40 on a rag and wipe the tool holder with that. Seems to work just fine.

Re: Through shelf holes?
I'm not sure about the opposing blind dados, haven't come across that yet. If the shelf pins holes are 1/2 the thickness of the material, or slightly more, they will drill through.
