The maintance man and i chacked the whole router for wireing problem and air pressure. We did not find anything. We separated very wire conection and pluged them back up making sure is conected correctly. Air pressure does not go below 100 psi.

It kappened again today!

Rob, have you tried double sided tape. Taping the eges of the laminate sheet tom the CNC table might help to. You can machine laminate a lot faster than that and get a nivce edge. I am doing an upper corner cabinet with shelves, but when i nest it, the line bore is not there. An error "Could not find tool to work pocket operation..."

I was cutting counter tops with dog bones for fasteners. It's a 7/16" pocket and router firt cleaned up the povcked and than routed it. Similar to the pocket in the earlier part that is in the attachment.

I believe that this is what you are trying to do. It's looking a little off, but i did not pay hole lot attantion to it. I only spend couple minute to do it.
