You can even show the cuts graphically if you want to go to the trouble.

Dan, Gordon,
I just played with it a little and by adding a negative inset to your rails and midstiles etc. you can allow for the haunch cuts on your cutlists so Gordon yes I think eCabinets will do what you want.

Gordon, You will have some difficulty with the haunch cuts in eCabinets also. All face frames are basically shown as a butt joint. There might be a way around it but I have never really looked into it. There is a mortise and tenon joint feature for face frames that has never been implemented that I ...

Thanks Paul,
I sent you a PM.

Nicholas,
As I said I think I can sell this piece if I can keep it below $4000 and after talking to a couple of the area Thermwood owners it looks like that is going to be possible. I want to build one just to play with the finish schedule.

Glenn, We all have to choose where we will and won't compromise to remain competitive and those choices seem to change often. There are also many new skills that have been introduced because of the changes in todays market. Computer design comes to mind. I like to \"Draw\" everything in eC...

Dan, I actually haven't spent any time estimating this piece. I had shown pictures of it to a couple of people to get them interested. they both loved it and wanted a ball park and I gave them the $3500 to $4000 explaining the cost of the lift and the fact that I didn't have solid numbers on the cus...

Dan, I guess I had better get with someone to get some numbers on cutting the carvings. If the carvings for that piece are anywhere near what you are saying then my furniture career is over before I build my first credenza. I wouldn't have anything cut but the carvings because I will make some chang...

David,
You play in a bigger ballpark than I do. Mine was $3500 and I got laughed at by two different customers.

Steven, Here is a 3D model of a bottom freezer fridge if you would like to use it. It isn't great but it might get you by. You just place these files in your Imports folder and you will be able to open them as Display objects. You can change the textures on the parts by opening this object in the Di...

Steven,
You can create a Display Cube the size if the fridge and crop and use the jpeg image for the cube. Be sure to check stretch instead of tile when you use the image.

Don,
If you are using Detached Toe Kicks then you will have to build and place them as separate cabinets. There is a \"Standard Detached Toe Kick\" in the standard cabinet library to get you started.

Larry, Think of the profiles you create in the shape manager as scrapers not rotary bits. ( I made this one symmetrical so that it would cut correctly on both sides of a board) This is what allows the asymmetrical door panel profiles. The machines take this profile information and figure out how to ...
