feedback form still working?
Is the feedback form from the Communications drop-down still functioning? When I go to it, it only give me the option to select software version 6 build 12 to build 14... and when I hit submit nothing seems to happen.

Re: corner cabinet resizing fail
Thanks Scott. That will get me going for now. If you figure out what I did to make it go squirelly let me know so I don't end up doing it again. I had tried blowing away the PE cuts and re-applying as well to no avail, but maybe I went about it in a different order of operations than you or somethin...

corner cabinet resizing fail
I am trying to build a base corner cabinet to match our current construction. We build it with an angled center back 16mm thick dowelled into the top and deck, with bevelled and grooved left and right sides. Then a 4mm left and right back full dadoed into the top, deck, and gables, and into the groo...

filename (cabinet name) sort logic
Is there any way that we can get ecabinets to sort filenames alphanumerically using the same logic that Windows Explorer does? Makes it easier to build a catalogue using filenames that are intuitive for other users to find specific cabinets. For example, in ecabs it is sorted: cab-100 cab-102 cab-96...

Re: Applying a drilling pattern to gable
I have been trying to apply specific patterns for dowelling using kd/rtas for years and have never been able to find a way without some compromises... If you are trying to apply a specific pattern from just the front or back edges, it won't do it. It wants to apply the pattern in from the front AND ...

Re: Improper Argument
do any of your material names include the " inch symbol? I have a vague memory of that being an issue for me in the past... If so, try removing that from you material names and running it again
Someone else chime in if I am mis-remembering

HOOPS error
I created a job on Thursday/Friday of last week. saved it on our network (was able to save and re-open it several times that day as I kept getting dragged away for other things). Try to open the job today and I get an error message that says "An error occurred while loading HOOPS information fr...

Aventos - style doors
IS there a way to have a door automatically add the proper hardware holes for an Aventos-style swing-up door? It would have to be related to the top of the door only... We add these to a lot of different cabinets and it would be much easier if we could just select a different hardware pattern when a...

Re: drawer slide locations
We are processing upwards of 200 cabinets on an average day. We can't afford the time to determine where the drawers are going as they are being assembled in order to have them ready for when the case is assembled. I am currently building a library to be able to transition from using all stock parts...

Re: drawer slide locations
It's not really a matter of being able to change patterns so much as being able to manipulate how they are positioned... As far as I understand, drawer slide patterns are linked to the fronts, but are adjusted by anything that they overlap... for example; using 16mm thick case material, with 2 drawe...
