drawer slide locations
Is there a way to setup the drawer hardware patterns so that they are always located a set distance from the bottom of the drawer front, regardless of whether the drawer front overlays the deck or a fixed shelf or whatever? We use a jig to pre-drill our drawer fronts so the slide location on the gab...

cabinet dimension locks and the metric system
Is there a known issue that prevents locking a cabinet to a set size when using metric, or am I approaching this in the wrong way? I am trying to demonstrate how we can take a dxf of an existing part (pre-ecabs) and apply it to a gable in order to quickly produce exactly what they are used to seeing...

center hinge location
IS there a way to have the center hinge added non-centered? We drop our center hinges by 96mm in order to avoid the best spot for the centered adjustable shelf. I am trying to setup a new model library to include as many of our already established standards and this one would be really nice to be ab...

Drawer Box Setup - Antaro, Metabox, etc
When creating drawer boxes, is there a way to lock dimensions (height and depth) of just the actual drawer box so that when you are using drawer systems with metal sides you can just insert the drawer box without needing to adjust the depth or height increments? So that the drawer box parts will alw...

Re: Offsetting hinges
Jason, I have the same problem I would love to see a way to offset the hinge locations as well. Quite often we will get a cabinet where we need to place 3 hinges on the door, and the client has spec'd 3 shelves. All of our shelves are set back from the front by 1". We are not about to set one s...

Re: fixed shelves and doors
Could we add this to the wish list please?
How about the ability to ctrl-click on several openings and have the "add door" feature then look at those openings as one?
It's amazing how often I could use this

Re: fixed shelves and doors
yeah, but is there any way to do it after the shelves have been placed. I find myself making very odd cabinets quite often and only after finally figuring out how to get everything in place do I remember to add the door.

fixed shelves and doors
Is there a way to add a door to a cabinet after fixed shelves have been applied, that will automatically span the entire cabinet and re-size properly when the cabinet height is changed? I know I can put a door in say the top of 2 openings with a negative inset for the bottom edge, but when the heigh...

problem with multi-job nesting
Having a problem with cn5.57 where I have loaded multiple jobs to cut, but then have to delete one for whatever reason. For some reason, all the jobs listed after the one that is deleted dissappear once I hit the OK button... only the jobs appearing in the list before the deleted job remain...

off-fall names in cn5.57
Once I apply a name to an off-fall that I am loading into a job, is there a way to have that off-fall name printed on the sheet so that the opperator knows which off-fall to load? Currently we are batching our veneered parts for multpile jobs together, and doing that remotely from the office. I then...

Re: stretchers in V6
Just want to see if this is being looked into... we can't afford the down time it would require to change our entire library in order to make dowel construction for our stretchers work in V6. Also, what is happening with V5? Is the license being extended or are we being forced into the version chang...

stretchers in V6
We use dowel construction and have our library set up using kd hardware for our stretchers with a dowel hole pattern that perfectly overlaps from front and back so that there is only one set of holes (2 8mm holes set 32mm apart, set with same inset from front and back). Now with V6, it says that the...

problems with CN 5.43
Installed 5.43 a few days ago and ran into a problem with pocket cuts. On SOME, not all, of the pockets, the cutter runs half the diameter of the cutter into the part when running the cleanup pass, resulting in a clean pocket, with a half circle cut into the material at one end of the pocket. Also, ...
