Re: No Scroll..

Terry, What version of software did you have before the upgrade? Do you have a barcode reader or a secondary keyboard plugged in? Let's try replacing the keyboard real quick to verify it's in the software. Find another ps2 style kyboard and plug that in and test it. Make sure you power down when cha...

Re: kCDW

Damon, In the kCDW software you assign a tool name to an operation. I'm alittle fuzzy on how to do that because I do not have access to kCDW. In control nesting however, in the tooling section, you have to assign the same tool name to the tool you intend to use for that operation. Once you load a kC...

Re: This might be helpful

Thom, In the back of the 91000 Controller Manual there is a section on the AFL language. It is very similar to the old Microsoft Q-Basic in most respects. You would want the file being written to be stored on the machines hard drive otherwise it will cause errors if it cannot find the network drive....

Re: crashed profile modeler

Will,

I have sent you an email with the toolset.bin file attached. You will need to replace the original with this new file. It's stored in the "C:\profile modeler\tools\" directory. Let me know if you need anything else.

Re: Error 80090016

Rob,

Sorry about the confusion. I was under the impression the issue was at the controller.

For everyone else's information, The issue was resolved by removing the crypto folder in the user's documents and settings and then running the thmcrypt file from a command prompt.

Re: Table (axis 1) stutter

Marius, Usually when we see machine studder that results in a bad cut it is caused by one of two things. The first is mechanical wear in the machine causing lash. The second is the actual program itself. If the geometry you used to create a program was "dirty", then the program will be &qu...

Re: Flip Op jig?

The X and Y values for the G902 fence location are stored in the M999 macro. To change these numbers, you need to load the M999 macro on the screen. Start off with a blank file and then add a line of text that has "M999" in it. make sure your grey cursor is on that line and then press the...

Ryan, the drawer bottom extends past the drawer back maybe 1/8" , but not the full thickness of the 1/2" drawer back. I pulled the cabinet out of the room into the cabinet editor to look at the settings, but I do not see them anymore. I originally set up the settings per the control nesti...

Ian, When you put a profile on a panel in Ecabinets it creates one region for that profile. If you are using just one tool in Ecabinets to create a specific profile, you will only have 1 region. If you use 2 tools in Ecabinets to make a specific profile, you will have 2 regions. There is no way to b...

Nick,

Can you create and send us the export file from the Control Nesting along with the twd file and the esj file that created it? Send these files to program@thermwood.com. One last thing, can you send me the .cnc code the machine created also? Thank you.
