I tried shutting off interpolation for all the bits and it still interpolates the hole!

I have a project making small rectangular HDPE adapter plates that has a 5mm mounting hole in each corner. I have a V shaped bit setup as a drill in bit holder 7 to come back and countersink each 5mm hole 1/8" deep. Control nesting is seeing my countersink Drill layer and keeps interpolating th...

We use Aspire by Vectric which works very well with the router, you can import dxf's directly and apply a tool path and cut or import a photo and vectoriize, apply toolpaths and cut that way. Also does rotary and 3D work.

Turns out our system RAM was failing, we tracked down the BIOS beep codes for the motherboard and that is what it was. We also purchased a spare harddrive and cloned the original THM drive and tucked it away.
As we all know with harddrives its not a matter of if it will happen, its when!

CS45 problem
Our Cs45 may be overheating, don't know for sure. The air conditioner isn't coming on till 84 degrees the screen has been going black and the motherboard is emitting a long tone pausing then emitting a long tone. After shutting down and letting everything cool down it will come back on.

Typewriter head problem.
Our #5 toolholder about every other tool change is dropping the tool when it retracts. The little rubber band is intact and where it should be is there something else to look for?

We cut laminate all the time, face down with a 3/16 down spiral so that the bit don't lift the laminate.

I noticed today that its been a while since the CS45 has let me know it needs maintenance, I went into the schedule and everything is gone, event history is empty, cycle time 0, time remaining 0 and under event discription it just says F4 to dropdown but it does nothing. I usually have to go through...
