Re: Slow Cabinet

This is what I'm running. I know very little about computers, but would guess that this was the bare minimum

Re: Slow Cabinet

Wonder why on earth it’s taking so long here. Time to upgrade my computer?

Re: Slow Cabinet

If you then click on 'Construction Settings' the press 'OK', it takes about 40 seconds (for me) for the cabinet to rebuild.

Slow Cabinet

The attached cabinet takes a fairly long time to regenerate in the cabinet editor (about 40seconds on my computer). Its a version of a cabinet that I'll be working with daily, so I'm wondering if there's anything I can do/change to speed things up. Thank you for any help.

Re: Sloped Ceiling

Thanks very much Tim. Is there a way to also add in the actual ceiling?

Re: In Need of Tall Frameless Cabinet

Ok, thanks. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to add crown molding to a base cabinet. I'm just getting into the drawing side of the program, and haven't explored adding moldings yet...

Resized Tall Cabinet Elevated off of Floor

(New to the drawing part of the program...) I draw a wall, switch to Elevation/Wall View. I place two 96" high Tall Cabinets, and they both sit correctly on the floor. I take one of those into the cabinet editor, change the height to 72" but when I bring it back into the room, it appears t...

In Need of Tall Frameless Cabinet

Does anyone have a tall frameless cabinet that I can use? There isn't one in my Standard Cabinet Library for some reason.

Re: Suggestions on how to drill three sets of shelf pin holes

For the middle row, add a second 'phantom' shelf. Set one of the rows to be off of the part (-3mm), set the other row where you need it to be.

Re: Shopbot Link looses zero to table after bit change

I'm with Don on this one, as I've not had that happen.

I had years of comm errors, causing various issues. Once I switched from Dell control computers to HP, the errors went away.

Re: Ladder Toekick

Thanks Tim, I do need to be able to resize. The one I'm working on was made from a cabinet, but I used different parts than you listed (the part with the cutouts is the cabinet back). Insetting the back caused the cutout constraints to act oddly and/or disappear. I'll try it using the parts you ment...
