Hi everyone, took a pot chance this controller would suit my Thermwood MTR but it doesnt.

hi greg,
we use the sheet stock as we mainly do vinyl wrap, painted and colored board doors. when we put the hinge pattern in on that sheet stock it shows up in ecabinets and cuts good

thats what originally thought. but if its out on the left hand end and not the right hand end it makes no sense. if the y-axis was out i should expect both the left and right end to be out. i have checked the program and holes are in the correct place. which means the machine must be out somewhere b...

recently we have noticed when we do double doors the left hinge makes the door sit out 2mm away from carcus edge where as the right is flush. the pattern we have used for the hinge plate is the exact same as the right. i measured the difference between the hinge holes on the right and left. the left...

the 22.5 degree line was the line i needed to use and now make sense of it.

its the box on the angle that im wanting to rotate back to it being square
i tried again doing that advice it mirries the angle so its not on a 90 or 180 degree

hi forrest, thankyou for your help, i did try that and it helped a little but didn't fix it. we did however fix it. for some reason the material we were using wasn't allowing adjustments to the way it nests. by simply changing the material then re-nesting the job we were able to achieve what we were...
