Todd,
Were you able to get the file downloaded from my Xdrive? And if and when you figure out where all that memory went to can you post the findings. I'm curious.

Another bug I've notice is that when you bring something into the parts editor it comes in with the backside facing you. I need to flip most of my parts over to get the profiles to show up on the topside of the piece. This is something that happened when we switch from V5 to V5.1.2 Also cabinets wit...

I just comes down to laziness and the hate of absolute numbers. I found that create edges control and played with it for a while. It is great for making routing profiles inside circles and on the edges of boards if you only want to do two or three edges. With your way you have to define a box which ...

I do it a slightly different way. Bring the countertop into the parts editor, go to the contour mode, right click and choose create edges. Make a curve using the three point arc on the edge you need curved. Then using the erase command on 'single' erase the straight line that was over written by the...

Todd,
I sent you the kitchen using my Xdrive. I hope it works for you, I don't use it that much. The file is to large (50MB) to send by my standard email. Here is the table.

I had some weird things go on with that kitchen last night. I had 3 pages of line drawings, I don't use them so I don't know how they got there. I deleted them. My last successful save when loaded, showed just over 10,000KB on the loading graph. I did some adjustments and saved, got the error and th...

I had an assy that I was trying to delete withe the same results. I was given the same advise. My assy consisted of two cabinets. I was able to delete one of the cabinets but the software wouldn't let me delete the other. I had to go into the construction menu and uncheck all the boxes, deconstructi...

I have no pulls on the kitchen. I do have a few dispay cubes. This is the kitchen that has been causing me a bunch of grief all along. I am going to re-arange a few things and then try to save again. I'll add this table last and then take the snapshot, the client wants to see the picture.

Out of Memory Error - again.

I am working on a kitchen and I am making incremental saves. I have this table that I am trying to add in. I built it in the cabinet editor. It has three legs, an apron and a full top from a cabinet so I can put a countertop on it. I can save the file no problem until I add this table. Then I get th...

When you download the file it asks you where you want to put it. So put it in a folder that you will remember. I have a file called other peoples cabinets, when a member has a problem I download it there, that way I know it's not one of mine. You may need to write down the folder/sub-folder you put ...

When I did it I brought it into the cab editor and then into the shelf editor. I highlighted the opening because there was no existing shelf. Choose fixed w/dado and hit add shelf. It added the shelf but it looked like there was no dado. I brought it back into the cabinet editor and used the explode...

The edit assy trick worked but I didn't do incremental saves on my work :wall: and lost 2 1/2 hours of work to an \"OUT OF MEMORY\" error. I guess this hasn't been resolved yet.

I want to remind you all that in the latest release, deleting an 'assembly' in the Room Detail Mode is a known problem with a fix staged for the next release.
I'll try that. Thanks Peter
