Any chance of getting the \"nest\" button changed to two buttons? Nest X, and Nest Y.
Thanks,
Dave

Tool Diameter
Hi, The office sends out .dxf files with d0p375 for my outline/dado/centerline tool. The tool is not always .375, latest one is .372. This isn't a problem most of the time, but today I was making some jigs that had to be dead on. Any way to fudge the tool dia at the machine? Something in settings wo...

Flip Operations Fence
Howdy, We have a CS40. Those locators for the flip operation fence are really starting to annoy me. Can I use the pop up pins to locate the fence if I change the G902 coordinates in the M999 macro? (I think those are the right numbers). Is there any way to use flip ops without removing the wasteboar...

Clean-up pass
Another question,
How about a \"settings\" button that would allow for a clean-up pass. A rough cut .03-.05 from the line, then final pass on the money. Would be very helpful with the solid wood we do.
Thanks,
Dave

Spindle off?
Hi, I made up a spring loaded dry erase pen that fits in a 1/2\" collet to check some part shapes I digitized before commiting some expensive sheet goods. My question is: what's the easiest way to run the program with the spindle off? It works ok putting parentheses around S# M3 and M5. I was w...

Roll-Around
Hi, We've been cutting curved pieces in solid wood, 1\" wide, 8\" long, 1.5\" thick. The curve has about an 8\" radius. When cutting, the tool does a G2 around the outside radius, a G1 across the 1\" end, G3 across the inside radius, and G1 across the other short end. The pr...
