I did check my computer, but I don't have any photos showing the jigs on here. I'll try to get a couple shots over the weekend and post them.

All my jigs were designed in ecabinets and cut on the router.

We have several different Amana bits, including the 45° lock mitre bit. We've made jigs to hold the materials and have had very satisfactory results. I hear you Jerry...we've done that on several occasions for flat panels for one reason or another...I haven't looked at the format required at the controller for adding an excel sheet, but if the exported cut list could be formatted correctly it would eliminate the human e...

I haven't tried this because we don't build many flat panel doors - however if you exported the cutlist from eCabinets to excel you should be able to format the panel sizes into an excel sheet that can be loaded directly into control nesting vs entering the individual panels at the controll...

Presently you would have to lay it out in the part editor and then cut it with the profile modeler on the machine.

I actually laid up a box the other night at home for fun to see how it would work...I just don't have any time on the router at the moment to run it and see how it would come out.

I have two of Amana's new "insert" cutter heads...they are solid and run beautifully. I know the new 91° mitre fold is an insert cutter head as well. The tool body will run about $130 +/- (which comes with a set of insert blades for mdf) then the replacement carbide blades which can be rev...

Never hurts to ask again...but I know it was on the wish list from before as well.

How did you do the roll-top? Amana has a new set of bits for a roll top that I have been curious about, you didn't use those by any chance did you?
