Re: x axis can't home, machine won't come out of e-stop
Thanks for the help, I think it was just the pop up pins causing the problem.

x axis can't home, machine won't come out of e-stop
I was running a test program in the air before lunch and hit the e-stop during the run. I tried to reset and home like I always do and before the x-axis reached the limit it threw up an e-stop. I tried everything to reset the machine and nothing seems to work. If I push the x-axis to where the senso...

Re: labeling for edgebander
Are you using this with E-cabinets? If so, why not just use the label system? I haven't had any problems other than doors; you can use a user part name to get around this. I guess this makes sense if you're using some other cam package; but it seems a bit tedious if you're just busting out cabinet p...

Re: can I USE .dwg files in ecabs?
My work around for that is I would turn your DWG or floor plan in to a STL. Open your custom layout I put one wall in the layout at_0,0 Then put the STL in the layout. Cool trick; did anyone ever figure out how to solve the missing lines while printing from LDE? Is there any specific printer/ drive...

Rotary Playback Unit
Could anyone post a simple example program so I can get a basic understanding of how it works? I don't need to do anything complex; just drill a block on 4 sides or turn a dowel that would be great. I would just set up a rental carving but not being able to see the code makes me too paranoid to try ...

Re: Library Procedure Recommendations
You could create one library w/ default finish, create a batch and use change sheet stock for whichever cabinets require a different finish.

Control Nesting Problem, "too few parameters, expected 3"
This is the first real problem I've encountered with our CS45. I tried to nest an ecabinet part with two pockets and it must have corrupted something. Every time I try to load a job, dxf or cut list I now get "too few parameters, expected 3" and the job won't load. If I hit "add"...
