Where are images stored
In V5 there was a directory called \materials where you could put user defined patterns for things like sheet stock, board stock, etc. Where is this comparable location in V6? I've found where to put images for doors and drawers but that's it. TIA!

Re: Is this possible to do in eCabinets
Hi Kerry, I apologize for the slow response. I was on a few night camping trip. It was my first time away from the shop in over a year. I needed the decompress :D Thank you very much for the "how to" for this cabinet. I will be trying, for the first time, to use the contour editor to make ...

Is this possible to do in eCabinets
I've attached a picture of a cabinet a customer wants. Is this possible using eCabs to do this with a cabinet and still have it cut properly on a CNC? I still would like to use BlindDado M&T joinery for the deck and mid shelf.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re: 'No more memory available' error?
Kerry,
My graphics card multiple GPU's and 2GB on it. And the latest driver was downloaded and installed 4 days ago from the manufacturers website. I just find it interesting that none of my other graphics intensive programs have these kind of graphics card problems.

Re: Interesting shelf editor picture
Nat, Thanks for the response. The cabinet is actually one of the seed cabinets I built from scratch in V6. I was going to use it in a design and needed to resize it and that's where all the interesting results start happening. I chucked the cabinet I was working on, brought the seed in again, resize...

Re: 'No more memory available' error?
I think it is serious memory leaks in the Hoops subsystem. I have this problem now and then also - loosing all my work since last also. Really annoying since you never know when it is just going to pop up and loose everything for you. Since no other applications on my computer have these kinds of pr...

Re: Strange cabinet I can't get rid of
Well, I did nothing with the strange cabinet. I've worked on other cabinets and saved the layout several times, shut down eCabs several times, because it was starting to loose it's brains after several minutes of cabinet editing, restarted eCabs several times and viola, the weird cabinet is magicall...

Interesting shelf editor picture
When trying to add/edit shelves in a corner cabinet I keep getting this interesting rendering. Any ideas? I've attached the cabinet file also.

Strange cabinet I can't get rid of
I've attached a custom room layout of a kitchen I'm working on. I tried to place one of my seed cabinets between the corner cabinet and the range. I was prompted if I wanted to change the cabinet size to fit the opening and I said yes. When it tried to resize the cabinet errors were encountered in r...

Re: Hiding doors and drawers faces in LDE
Thank you Kerry.
I was trying to use the process you use in CE to right click the part and then select hide.
Maybe this type of consistency is something Thermwood can work on for a future release.

Hiding doors and drawers faces in LDE
How do I hide doors and drawer faces when I go from the cabinet editor to LDE?
I'm given the option to go to LDE, take cabinet or take assembly. I've tried all three and once I'm in LDE I can't hide the doors and drawer faces so I can'y get faceframe dimensions and spacing.

Re: LDE Output to CAD
Mike, In particular I wanted to take a corner cabinet into my CAD program so I could design the corner drawers for it taking in to account slide spacing, etc. So I needed the cabinet looking down on the top of it without the top stretchers blocking my view. That's what I was trying to do. Got 'r don...

Re: LDE Output to CAD
You're right Kerry. I hadn't thought it thru to that point. The way I'm working it seems to work well enough. Just create all the measurements in LDE then create the same thing in CAD using those LDE measurements.
Time consuming but it does protect Thermwood and that is very important!
