Re: Book Keeping

The online version of QB doesn't really have what you need for manufacturing Gary. You need at least the Pro version but the Premier Manufacturing & Wholesale version is more suited.

Re: Global Warming?

Dean, what college did you go to as this doesn't sound like the stereotypical professor who drank the Kool-Aid and is sold out to the America Haters. Your professor actually sounded reasonable!?!?!?! Global warming is not about the climate, it is about wealth transfer from the greatest nation on ea...

Re: Global Warming?

All I can say is to paraphrase my college Geology professor when she said that the Earth has been warmer and the Earth has been colder; all without any help from man. She seemed to prefer to take the long view and note that climatologists shouldn't be running around claiming man-made climate change...

Re: How long should the computer last?

Geez Thom, that's a loaded question. :joker: If you mean "technologically" how long should a compluter last, the answer is about three days. If you order the latest-greatest it will be outdated by the time it arrives. If, however, you mean "mechanically" (for lack of a better ter...

Re: Global Warming?

Yeah, but I wish they hadn't...I rather enjoyed listening to the "experts" explain how global warming was making the earth colder. :joker:

The recent weather reminds me of when I was little and had to walk 10 miles to school, barefoot in the snow and uphill both ways. :joker:

Re: Corruption of LocalStore.mdb when exiting eCab

With eCabinets closed, look for a file named LocalStore.ldb in the same folder and delete it. This is a lock file and tells Access that the database is in use (locked) by a user. Sometimes if an application crashes the lock file is not automatically removed and you will get the error you received.
