Errors changing default doors/doors in V6
I seem to have a problem changing doors and drawers in V6. Everytime I try to change the default door or drawer for a cabinet, eCabs throws runtime errors at me and then shuts down. I select the door I want and click 'set default' and then the error pops up ecabs dies. Anyone else having this proble...

Re: Add new hardware ?
Ultimately I don't want to have to associate a piece of hardware to anything but only a hole pattern. We see all that is important is the hole pattern and don't want to mess around with selecting maunufacturers of hardware etc etc. With hinges you don't have to specify a product for your hinge and c...

Add new hardware ?
Since upgrading to V6 and when opening some cabinets I keep getting prompted to add new hardware. So I click 'add all new hardware' but it never seems to work and when I go to open the cabinet again I get prompted to add hardware again. Why is the system asking for this when I had it all set properl...

Re: Problem saving in V6
I have sorted out the saving cabinet issue. Thanks guys for your help. I have chosen to retain my original cabinet storage location on C drive in the program files/thermwood/ecabs location. Are you guys doing this or is it a better idea to save my cabinets in the new location where ecabs V6 has been...

Problem saving in V6
I have just began the transition from V5 to V6 on our office computer and thought it would be a good chance to refine our library. I can't save any cabinets. I either get a HOOPS error or another error saying 'You have entered an illegal character for a cabinet directory. You cannot use !@#$%^&*...

Hoops Display List ?
What is the 'Use Hoops Display List' refering to in the settings preferences?
Whether this setting has anything to do with this but I keep getting an error saying 'An error occured while adding HOOPS information to save the file'.
Can anyone shed some light on this.
Thanks,
Dale

kd/rta settings?
Got a problem with a drawer box. Cant seem to get a 46mm left edge bottom inset for a kd/rta setting to match the right hand side. It doesn't seem to want to move at all. Attached is the drawer box. Any help much appreciated.

Version 6 install location?
Can somewhere please explain to me why V6 eCabinets has been installed in a new location to the previous install. When I was installing it I was never given an option as to where to install it and figured it would install straight over the top of the old version. Now it appears I have a double up of...

Re: Not enough space disk
When I go into add/remove programs in my attempt to clear some space on c drive. It lists the last 6 or 7 updates that we have done. Am I able to delete these with exception for the lastest update and in doing this will it mess anything up?

Re: Not enough space disk
Jason,
Our TWD files are not kept on Drive C and have always been kept on drive D. Every time we open up control nest the program freezes and you can't do a thing. I think the last couple of updates have been quite large and must have taken up a lot of the remaining space on C drive.

Re: Not enough space disk
I have just encountered this very same problem....Our C drive is completely full and we can't run the machine because of it. I have emptied the recycle bin and done a disk cleanup but both have done nothing. Our machine has around 2gb allocated to C drive and around 38gb allocated to D drive. There ...
