Vince,

You definitely want to go with a disply cube...the machinig in the parts editor can seem pretty ominous but that is where it is gonna happen for you...

if you want to machine the part on a CNC then you will need to make it a display panel...

Pretty much told me to check the layers on the DXF for the CN out put then told me about the splines and the arcs(which I allready knew) So I saved it in ACAD 2000(suggested by Daniel I think) and tried to load it up in the parts editor... We do so many items in ecabs a week there is no time for renderings...we do alot of stock cabinets with slab doors but then every once in awhile you work on this great project.....but I find myself creating parts...cutting...creating more parts then cutting again....I kind of get lost in the technic...

Add on to the above post... Nano and I were trying several different ways to get this part cut... 1 Load directly into CN and cut(no luck) 2 Load into parts editor and cut(no luck) 3 Adjust the layers in the Acad drawing and cut(no luck) 4 Call thermwood and get a solution(no luck) So now I suppose ...

I don't get the issue with #20 We do two drawers above doors all the time.... for 6\" drawers we put a shelf at 5 3/16(inset from the back by 19) add a partition and there you go....the cnc bores the holes straight through... We put an adjustable shelf in and tell it how many up or down to go.....
