Measurement nodes on part editor cuts
Don't know if this has been asked but here goes, After I have taken any particular part to the part editor and created a cutout when I bring it back to the main the measurement tool won't recognize the cutout and same in the line drawing editor. Bob, There are 2 different applications we use, 1st if you create the same recess on the finished end as you do on the face then it takes the notch out of play,2nd If they insist on the finished end being strait to the floor with a face frame cabinet add the same amount of height of your toe to the ...

Hi all, When I attended the class in Dale for ecabs Dennis showed us a way to take a panel and make it transparent to use as glass doors ,Shelves, ect. Lost my notes on that. I know it had something to do with hue? anybody savr thier notes? thanks ,Mark. Outlaw carpenters 2009

The way I do it is simply highlite the cabinet or the assembly right click to edit cab or assembly then choose Item, display panels create your panel then add it to the cabinet using align items create your door margin and return to room, This would apply only if you have a cabinet to the left or ri...

Line drawing editor changes font size when saved
Why is it that when I finish my line drawings and sve the job (hence saving drawings) when I return to to the job all my fonts have changed to a larger font? It's frustrating becuse I use different font sizes for my elevations and title blocks and notes. Will 5.2 address this problem. Mark Outlaw Ca...
