Re: Feature Requests

All of these suggested features are great. What we all have to remember is that eCab is free and it costs money to add these features. Also from what I understand there are only so many developers available at thermwood to work on eCab. I for one would like to have the line drawing editor redone so ...

Re: Improve Dust Pickup CS43

We have a CS40 and there are two 4" pipes coming down so I am not sure if this will help. We make a plastic type brush using the heavy plastic from walkin freezers. I make long so it touches the material that we are cutting and the dust pick up is really good. IMG-20120828-00070.jpg I can't tel...

Re: Cut Through amount

Morning Kerry, We have the same issues from time to time as well. We are able to dial in the cut through by doing the following. Machine our waste board on both sides. Remeasure our tools each morning (we actually loosen the nut, blow out the tool, and then re-tighten the nut again) After we surface...

Do i increase or decrease the value. I know that I have to measure the tools and resurface spoil and surface tables once I change the value but I don't know which way to go. up or down????

Re: Replacement Printer for Thermwood CS40

Not sure what you mean by aperture but I would like a printer that fits into the existing cabinet. If not I can make a new cabinet and would like suggestions on printers that can hand the environment of a dusty cabinet shop.

Thanks in advance.

Re: starting problems

Hey guys, we had the same issue going on for a while and could not figure out why. I though it might have been one of the updates but that was not the case. This weekend we did some maintenance on the machine and I noticed that the clock and date in windows was not correct. The small 3V battery for ...

Off fall labels

Is there anyway that we can get the off fall labels to print without having to size the off fall. This was working a while back but it was lost in one of the upgrades. It really extends my 1/2" tool life if I do not have to trim the off all every time.

thanks in advance.

Replacement Printer for Thermwood CS40

Hey guys, I am looking for a printer to replace the one that came with the machine originally to print the nest diagrams. I would like to find one that fits inside the original cabinet if possible. Anyone have any suggestions.
