Re: Restart halfway through a sheet
You have to start the program from the beginning and go through the wasteboard setting as well as pop the pins up. Should be on a "pins down" (M62L8 on my machine) command. Do a line search to the sheet you want to cut on, start at the same "pins down" line of code to get the she...

Re: Restart halfway through a sheet
You can restart the sheet as usual and after it starts rapid moving block stop and search for your outline tool. Push start on that tool and it should give you a prompt of "do you wish to start on this line". Just say yes and it will start doing the outline again. Make sure when starting t...

Re: Machining 2 3/4'' thick solid oak
I've done a fair amount of that type cutting and have best results with a 3 flute rougher hogger upshear purchased from Carolina Specialty Tool $275. By a shorter one if you can with less cutting edge. Set the tool as far into the collet without the fluting touching. I usually leave mine an 1/8"...

It would help tremendously if the dado stopped short of the back edge.

Re: Tooling of part editor cuts
I had issues years ago and was told it looked for the best tool starting from #1. Putting it first in line helped. My understanding is it's supposed to look for the largest pocketing tool available but I never strayed from making sure it was first in line too.

I set up the same tool# as my outline tool as only pocket box checked and make sure its before all other pocketing tools.

Re: E cabinets has stopped working
As a second note, it will not use more than 3gb of ram because it's a 32bit program. Still, you have a very capable computer.
I would suggest checking for a video card update first. Also, if its crashing going from LDE to CL I would save it while still in LDE.

Re: cross section view
Hi David, you can take a single cabinet into LDE and rotate it 90 degrees. You can even select a side and hide it so as to see the internals.
Hope that helps, Forrest

Hi Carmen, it would be nice if the printer setup is in the drop down menu on every sheet since on any given job there may be multiple setups.

Leo, short answer is no. I've wanted that ability for a while. Also if we can lock a display part to the spot we align it to that would be a huge help when resizing.

Re: Write CNC stalls
What Jeremy said. I'm still running Windows 2k and slow nesting its one of the reasons we asked Thermwood to make a desktop version. The other reason is you can nest and write code from anywhere and or while your machine is running. Its well worth the money!

Re: Resized Tall Cabinet Elevated off of Floor
Nat, if you only want to resize it while in elevation view highlight the cabinet, right click and select "adjust cabinet features, resize equalize".
From there you can choose to move the top or bottom.

Re: Trouble cutting cabinet parts
Alec, it sounds like you're doing the flip-op first cuts. You will need the machine set up properly in order to flip them accurately. If you want to do them afterwards you can turn them off using the flip ops first tab.
