Here ya go, Damon. Gives you something to do while you're waiting for "Stage" to fully render....

Re: Mboards & Processors
OK, Dan, you got me. I can only go back to Model 28 TTY's, rotary-dial phones, WECo ESS-1 (installed the first one, in NYC), Hollerith card sorters, and patch-cord telephone switchboards..... :joker: And yes, had a Trash-Eighty, too, that my kids cut their teeth on. Still hoping for a REAL transport...

Re: Mboards & Processors
Here it is John. Wish I did still have it; I could probably sell it on eBay for enough to buy a new mid-range P4 desktop system TI-99 pic.jpg It was about two steps up from chiseling in granite...just above the old Motorola Pong console that it superseded! I do still have the little 13" B&W...

Re: Mboards & Processors
All right, if it's gonna be a contest....I think I may still have that old TI-99 console up in the attic....maybe even the cassette tape player to load a program, Wonder where that copy of Hunt-the Wumpus went...?

Re: The Future of eCabinet Systems
Dan,
Have you looked at/played with a beta of Windows7 yet. I saw a link on one of the PC techie forums for a download of it. Thinking of maybe setting aside a small chunk of my new 500G SATA HD to fool around...

Re: Mboards & Processors
Update-
Ran Kerry's "Stage" job....At least now it loads, and I can rotate it, but presentation results in a blank/black screen depending on whether the lighting effects are active.
Only defense is I'm not likely to be doing anything that complicated anytime......probably in my lifetime!

Kerry- Thanks for posting the finished ToyBox/Cubby, it looks great! And it sounds like you've got your own local version of the TV show going down there. Kudos to you all for a really great Christmas present. OT- do you have these "special" pieces that you've done in your Design Sharing ?...

Re: tankless water heater
Greg, you might want to take this question to the JLC plumbing forum. You should get some help there from folks who are more qualified to advise than us cabinet folk. When it comes to utility-related questions I always go to the appropriate pro's, especially when the product is going in a client's h...

This is a copy of my last post in the PC Requirements thread. Well, I started this brouhaha so I guess I should offer a final comment, and a bit explanation for the basis of the OP. I have found the responses to be very informative, and the bottom line, unfortunately is "it all depends". W...

Re: Planning new PC system - requirements?
Thanks, Todd. I guess I'll login for a new reg code if I need one.
As for the PC config, I am specifically interested in the applicability of the video card I'm looking at (the ATI4670/512MB ram ) for running eCab. Anybody care to comment?
Joe
